How many people can fly on a SAM helicopter? Up to 4 adults can fly comfortably in our helicopters to all destinations. Up to 5 adults can fly on the Capri - Naples flight. Can very young children travel? Yes. Children accompanied by at least one adult are allowed to travel on SAM helicopters. Babies under 2 years old will not be considered as occupying a seat. How much luggage can I bring? The maximum luggage allowed in the hold per flight is 5 average sized suitcases. Please note that suitcases should be soft and not rigid. In addition, 1 very small piece of hand-luggage per person can be carried aboard the helicopter. If you have any doubts about your luggage allowance, please contact SAM in advance. The company will NOT transport luggage which exceeds the maximum allowed by law For customers with very large amounts of luggage, SAM will be happy to organise land transportation or give a quotation for separate baggage transportation by helicopter. Who will my pilot be? SAM pilots are all highly qualified ex-military and civil aircraft pilots. For those requiring a second pilot or flight assistant an additional charge will be made. You will need to specify your request at the time of booking. Will SAM organise my journey from the heliport to my hotel? SAM will be pleased to reserve a transfer for you from the heliport to your onward destination. Quotations on request. Can I combine an excursion with my arrival or departure transfer? Guests can request a combination of transfer and excursion. Contact the booking office for your personalised itinerary. How can I book my flight? Simply fill in the booking request module on the website, and we will send you a response within 24 hours with full terms and conditions and relative authorisation form for credit card payment. |
